🗓️ On April 22, 2026, Assistant Professor Dr. Priyanuch Promphasit, President of Kamphaeng Phet Rajabhat University, presided over the opening ceremony of the workshop “Developing the Strategic Plan 2023-2027 (Revised 2027) and Drafting the Third Phase Strategic Plan (2028-2032).”
This is the third phase strategic plan as specified in Kamphaeng Phet Rajabhat University's 20-year strategic plan (2018-2037). The workshop was held from April 22-24, 2026, with 450 participants including administrators, faculty, and staff, at the Ratchaphruek Meeting Room, 3rd Floor, Teepangkorn Rasmi Choti Building, Kamphaeng Phet Rajabhat University.

🚩 Kamphaeng Phet Rajabhat University recognizes the importance of strategic foresight, a systematic process for exploring, analyzing, and creating possible future scenarios (both opportunities and challenges), and has organized workshops on “Developing Strategic Plans at the Faculty and University Levels.” With the "KPRU Strategic Foresight" workshop on February 23, 2026, and the "Drafting the Kamphaeng Phet Rajabhat University Strategic Plan Phase 3 (2028-2032) to Determine the Organization's Future Using Strategic Foresight" workshop on April 6-7, 2026, participants collaboratively analyzed and compiled strategic forecasting data for Kamphaeng Phet Rajabhat University.

🚩 Therefore, to ensure the continuous, efficient, and up-to-date development process of the university's plan, in line with relevant policies, strategies, laws, regulations, and criteria, emphasis is placed on building knowledge and understanding of strategic foresight techniques. This includes understanding university policies from the University Council and the university's executive committee, and fostering the participation of personnel at all levels in providing input on strategic foresight, reviewing, and drafting the annual strategic plan. The draft strategic plan for the third phase (2027-2032) covers all six missions of the university: academic service, research, arts and culture preservation, teacher production and development, graduate production, and management. The information obtained will be used in the development of the strategic plan and annual operational plan, which will serve as a framework for the university's operations to achieve its objectives and goals.
